Return & Refund Policy

At Metraque, we want to ensure your Switch 2 stays protected and you are happy with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and Unworn: The case must show no signs of wear, stains, or scratches.

  • Original Packaging: It must be returned with all original packaging, including any included accessories (e.g., straps, thumb grips, or dividers) and tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: You’ll need the receipt or order number.

Please note: If the item appears used or is missing accessories, we reserve the right to deny the return or charge a restocking fee.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us specifically at support@metraque.com.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective zipper, wrong color sent), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong model, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Quality Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@metraque.com if:

  • The item is defective (e.g., broken zippers, loose stitching, crushed shape).

  • The item is damaged during shipping.

  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a free replacement or a full refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items bought on "Final Sale" (unless defective).

  • Items that have been personalized or customized.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want (for example, if you prefer a different color or design) is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please Note: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@metraque.com.
