Shipping Policy

At Metraque, we are dedicated to delivering your Switch 2 accessories safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, timelines, and costs.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Please Note: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, product launches, or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: Free Shipping for orders over $29

  • Estimated Delivery Time:  7-15 business days.

Express Shipping (If applicable)

  • Cost: $5.00

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing. Metraque is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

3. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Metraque is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time mentioned above, please contact us at support@metraque.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

[Option A: If you use DHL/FedEx]
Please note that some express carriers (like DHL or FedEx) do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address to ensure smooth delivery.

[Option B: If you use Standard Post/ePacket]
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via standard shipping methods.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@metraque.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Lost/Stolen: Metraque is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are lost or stolen. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. If the package is lost in transit (tracking stops updating), please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
